摘要
目的 :研究不同浓度的月桂氮芯卓 酮对阿司匹林小鼠离体皮肤渗透性的影响。方法 :用改良的Franze扩散池 ,选不同浓度的月桂氮芯卓 酮 (0 %,2 %,5 %)作促渗剂 ,紫外法测定药物累积释放量 (Q)、稳态流量 (J)、渗透系数 (KP)。结果 :含 2 %和5 %月桂氮芯卓 酮的乳膏的稳态流量 (J)分别比空白乳膏增加 14.9%和 6 .6 %。结论 :含不同浓度的月桂氮芯卓 酮均可促进阿司匹林的透过 ,药物从乳剂型基质向皮肤的渗透符合Higuchi方程。
OBJECTIVE To study the influence of different concentration of azone(0%,2%,5%) in aspirin ointment on drug permeation of rats skin in vitro.METHODS The improved Franze diffusing cell was applied. Accumulative permeation quantity (Q),steady percutaneous speed (J) and permeation coefficient (KP) were determined by UV.RESULTS Steady percutanous speed (J) of aspirin ointment with 2% and 5% azone increased 14.9% and 6.6% respectively.CONCLUSIONS Different concentration of azone can enhance permeation of asprin.The permeation from emulsion base to skin conformed to Higuchi equation.
