摘要
目的:考察月桂氮酮对丙嗪透皮作用的影响。方法:应用简单小室法,以蛇皮为透皮屏障,使用不同浓度的月桂氮酮,测量丙嗪的透皮吸收量。结果:含0.5%,1.0%,2.0%,3.0%月桂氮酮的丙嗪擦剂与不含月桂氮酮的丙嗪擦剂间,其透皮吸收有显著性(P<0.05)或极显著性差异(P<0.01),月桂氮酮对丙嗪的透皮吸收促进作用无浓度依赖性。结论:不同浓度的月桂氮酮均能明显促进丙嗪的透皮吸收,其中以含0.5%的月桂氮酮浓度,促丙嗪吸收效果最佳。
OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of Azone affecting the transdermal amount of oxaprozin.METHOD:Using simple cell method and snake skin as transdermal barrier,we determined the transdermal amount of oxaprozin in different Azone concentrations liniments.RESULTS:Comparison of oxaprozin liniment having no Azone with the liniments containing different Azone concentrations of 0.5%,1.0%,2.0%,3.0% showed a remarkable difference(P<0.05) or very remarkable difference(P<0.01).Improving the transdermal amount of oxaprozin was not related to the concentrations of Azone.CONCLUSION:All different concentrations of Azone could improve the transdermal amount of oxaprozin,especially,oxaprozin liniment containing 0.5% Azone.
