摘要
本文是在“纵横弯曲法对钻具组合的三维分析”的基础上,对钻井过程中常遇到的不等截面问题、钻具与井壁之间的接触问题(包括失稳)以及近钻头稳定器问题用纵横法理论作了进一步研究。提出了此类问题的求解方法,扩展了“纵横法”的应用范围。并根据这些方法较为洋细地分析了钻压、井斜角、间隙和井眼曲率等主要因素对钻头侧向力的影响。这些分析在现场进行了验证,达到了预期的效果。
Accordillg to the three-dimensional analysis of bottom hole assembly with beam-column theory, further research work has been made on such problems as unequal cross section collars, contact between BHA and bo- rehole wall (also elastic instability)and near bit stabilizer. The effects of WOB, inclination and clearanee between stabilizer and borehole on the bit side force are discussed in detail. Field applieation in Liao He oil field has proved that the method ba- sed on Beam-Column theory is simple, accurate and easy to use on site.
