摘要
把单家寺、胜利和任丘道路沥青及其分离组分——饱和烃组分、芳香烃组分、胶质和沥青质制成1mm厚的样品薄膜,采用精确度较高的压力法在50℃、0.13MPa(O↓2)无光照条件下,研究了沥青及其组分的吸氧性能和动力学规律。结果表明,饱和烃组分基本上不吸氧;其次为芳香烃组分;胶质和沥青质的吸氧能力最强,是沥青中最不稳定的组分。对于所试验的直馏沥青而言,抗老化性能好的沥青,其组分的抗老化性能也好。用粘度较低、基本上不吸氧的饱和烃组分稀释沥青质后,沥青质的吸氧速度变大。单家寺沥青的胶质能明显改善胜利沥青的抗老化性能。动力学研究表明,本文所提出的最大化合氧数学模型很好地解释了沥青及其组分的吸氧规律,理论计算值与实测值能够很好地吻合。
The characteristics and kinetics of oxygen absorption of Shanjiasi, Shengli and Renqiu road asphalts and their constituents, i. e. saturates, aromatics,resins and asphaltenes, were investigated by means of precisely measuring the change of oxygen pressure in the reactor.
