摘要
利用X射线衍射法(XRD)对埋地近30年的任京干线和秦京干线带石油沥青涂层的钢管表面成分进行分析,用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线能量色散谱(EDS)分析其剖面。结合红外(IR)、差热分析(DSC)、热失重(TG)测试手段分析石油沥青涂层的老化程度。结果表明,只有少量的老化产物生成,石油沥青没有失效,还可以起到有效的腐蚀防护作用。
The chemical composition of the asphalt coating on the underground steel pipelines, which were taken from Renjing line and Qinjing line and had been used for 30 years, was studied by XRD, SEM and EDS. Ageing of the asphalt coating was analysed with IR, DSC and TG. The results show that ageing products were very few and had no influence on corrosion resistance of the asphalt. So the coating can be used further as a corrosion protection measure.
