摘要
为防止三元复合体系驱油过程中岩石矿物的溶蚀,研究了在强碱条件下,阻碍二氧化硅溶解的行之有效的方法。室内选用充填石英砂或油砂的不锈钢管模型和天然岩心,通过改变碱型或加入适宜和适量的防垢剂,使用紫外分光光度方法,检测流出液中硅的浓度,计算防垢率,以确定各方案的防垢效果。结果表明,改变碱型,即用碳酸钠代替氢氧化钠,不论使用碱直接驱替,还是用三元复合体系驱替,流出液中硅浓度均有明显下降。因此,将氢氧化钠用碳酸钠代替可以起到防垢的作用;不改变碱型,在驱替液中加入防垢剂也能使流出液中硅浓度明显降低,达到防垢的目的。
To prevent the corrosion of rock minerals with the ternary combination system during flooding, an effective method for stopping the dissolving of silica under strong caustic condition is presented. Stainless pipe packed with silica sand or oil sand, and original cores are used in the tests, by changing the alkali or adding into a certain amount of anti-scaling agent. The silica concentration in the outlet fluid is monitored and calculated, and results show that when the sodium hydroxide is replaced by sodium carbonate, or the anti-scaling agent is added into, the silica concentration in the outlet fluid is remarkably reduced.
