摘要
报道了绿茶化学成分的提取、分离、结构鉴定的方法 .确定了绿茶主要化学组成为咖啡因和茶多酚 。
The chemical components were extracted, isolate d from the natural tea. According to chemical analysis and spectroscopic data, t he chemical structures of the compounds isolated from the natural tea were ident ified as caffeine and catechin.
