摘要
作为当今经济社会基本细胞的知识型企业 ,面临生存和发展的激烈竞争 ,其外部生存环境和内部资产构成及运作机理都不同于传统企业 ,必然要求与之相适应的管理机制 ,本文利用仿生学原理 ,并基于生物体脑神经信息处理机理 ,分析知识型企业的生命体特征 ,研究提高知识型企业信息处理能力和快速反应能力的生命体拓扑结构和信息耦合特征 ,为进一步研究知识型企业持续生存和发展的管理理论奠定基础。
Knowledge-based enterprises are facing acute competition It's outside environment and assets structures are all different from traditional enterprise Based on the bionics principle and information processing mechanism of organism cranial nerve,the organism characters and organism topological structure of knowledge-based enterprise are proposed To enhance information processing and quick reaction ability of knowledge-based enterprise,the information coupling mechanism is analyzed These studies can lay a foundation for the further research of management mechanism of knowledge-based enterprises
