摘要
目的 研究抗白念珠菌IgY对阴道感染白念珠菌小鼠的保护作用。 方法 用环磷酰胺造成BALb/C小鼠免疫功能低下 ,经阴道感染白念珠菌 ,用IgY治疗 ,2天后取阴道冲洗液进行细菌学培养 ,计算菌落数 (CFU )。 结果 感染标准菌株实验组菌落数的几何均数为 0 .5 85 3,对照组为 2 .110 0 ;感染临 1菌株实验组菌落数的几何均数为 0 .5 2 2 7,对照组为1.9131;两两比较有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 抗白念珠菌IgY对免疫功能低下鼠阴道感染白念珠菌有明显的保护作用。
Objective To study the protective action of anti-C.albicans IgY in mice model of vaginal infection caused by candidal ablicans.Method The BALb/C mice immunosuppressed with cyclophosphamide were infected intravaginally by candidal ablicans.The mice vaginas being treated with IgY for two days,the vaginal washes were cultured and the colony-forming units(cfu) were determined.Results The average Log(cfu) of IgY proteced group infection by standard strain is 0.5853 and the control group is 2.1100;the average Log(cfu) of IgY proteced group infection by lin-1 strain is 0.5227 and the control group is 1.9131.The difference between the two groups of different strains infected was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The anti-C.ablicans IgY can effectively protect the immunosuppressed mice from vaginal infection caused by candidal ablicans.
