摘要
文中分析了内壁含有纵向裂纹的厚壁圆筒的应力强度因子的表达式,指出其中自由表面影响系数的Newman-Raju解是计算厚壁圆筒疲劳裂纹扩展寿命的首选表达式,同时还指出自增强处理能大幅度提高疲劳裂纹的扩展寿命。
This paper analyzes the expression of stress intensity factor of thick-walled cylinder with cracks, and points out that Newman-Rajus solution of free-surface influence coefficients is the optimum expression of calculating the life of fatique crack propagation of thick-walled cylinder. At the same time, this paper indicates that the life of fatique crack propagation can be greatly increased by autofrettage, and the longest life will be got when the equipment is autofrettaged by 100 % over strain degree.
