摘要
水树老化是塑料电力电缆在潮湿的环境下诱发击穿的重要原因 ,本文以适量的EAA和三梨糖醇对聚乙烯和交联聚乙烯样品进行了改性 ,研究了样品的水树形成规律。水树的形成概率和长度一般都随实验电压和时间的增加而增加 ,并且发现改性样品可以有效地抑制水树的形成 ,有望据此研制新型抗水树绝缘电缆料。通过对实验样品进行tanδ -V特性实验 ,找到了tanδ与水树形成概率和长度之间的定性关系。水树越明显 ,则tanδ越大 ,可以为检测材料中水树的程度提供依据。通过对发生水树的样品在真空状态下注入基金项目 :国家自然科学基金资助项目 ( 5 97770 0 1)。ProjectSupportedbyNationalNaturalScienceFoundationofChina( 5 97770 0 1) .变压器油 ,可以使材料的介电性能得以恢复 。
Water treeing aging of plastic cables is mainly reason for the cable breakdown under moist environment.Polyethylene and cross linked polyethylene was modified by a fit content of EAA and sorbital in this study.The rules of forming water treeing for samples were studied.The probability and length of water treeing increase with an increase of experinental voltage and time.The result shows that the samples modified can resist the forming of water treeing.A new kind of cable material would be prepared according to this result.The qualitative link between tan δ and the probability and length of water treeing was found by the experimental of tan δ-V .Stronger water treeing,more tan δ .The tan δ might be a rule for determing water treeing of materials.And dielectric properties of samples containing water treeing might be recovered affer transformer oil was injected into treeing sites under vacuum.Therefore water treeing can be inhibited by this method again.
