摘要 本文研究了乙烯丙烯酸共聚物 (EAA)作为一种改性添加剂对聚乙烯 (PE)中水树生长的抑制作用。通过添加不同含量的 EAA,在交流电场下进行水树生长试验 ,找到了交流电场下 EAA抑制水树生长的最佳含量 ,并对试样进行了不同的热处理及机械性能的测试 ,探讨了结晶形态对 Water treeing is one of the main causes of premature breakdown of the polymeric insulation in HV power cable.In this paper,the effect of a water treeing retardant of ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer(EAA) on polyethylene (PE) is studied.We modified the PE by blending with different a little EAA,and cooled off the specimens in three ways,then tested for water treeing in the PE under different AC electric fields for different times,tensile strength and elogation. Finally, the optimum content of EAA to retard water treeing was determined.The results also show that crystalline morphology has some effects on retarding water treeing in PE,and its possible mechanism is discussed.
