摘要
目的 探讨髋臼骨折的治疗方法。方法 2 6例髋臼骨折按Letournel分型 ,后壁骨折 12例 ,后柱伴后壁骨折 4例 ,横行加后壁骨折 3例 ,T型骨折 5例 ,前柱加后半横行骨折 2例。根据不同骨折类型 ,分别采用加压螺纹钉、重建钢板或螺钉钢丝内固定等方法 ,术后进行良好的功能锻炼。结果 2 6例病人平均随访 17个月 ,根据赵炬才等提出的疗效评定标准 :优 18例 ,良 4例 ,尚可 3例 ,差 1例。结论 正确的诊断分型对手术入路及内固定的选择起着决定性作用 ,有利于关节的重建 。
Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of fracture of acetabulum Methods 26 cases of fracture of acetabulum were classified according to Letournel standard,in which 12 cases had posterior wall fracture,4 fractures of the posterior column with posterior wall,3 transverse fractures with posterior wall,5 T type and 2 anterior with posterior hemitransverse fracture.The patients were treated with compression screw,reconstructive plate or screw and wires according to the different types of the fracture.Results 26 cases were followed up with an average period of 17 months.According to Zhao's curative effect evaluation criterion,the excellent results were obtained in 18 cases,good in 4,fair in 3 and poor in 1.Conclusion The accurate diagnosis and classification is the key for the selection of surgical procedure and internal fixation,is beneficial for joint reconstruction and to ensure functional recovery.
