摘要
该文应用现代产权经济学理论 ,结合医疗服务市场的特点 ,分析国有医疗机构的产权特征和存在问题 。
With the modern property rights economics theory and the characteristic of combining medical service market, this paper analyzed the characteristic of property rights and the existing problem in state owned medical institution and also discussed the thinking of reform.
