摘要
研究了酸性化学镀镍体系镀液的主要成分、pH值和施镀温度对镀层沉积速度的影响 ,获得了优选的中温酸性化学镀镍工艺配方 ,并测定了镀层的结合力、硬度和耐蚀性。
Influences of major bath components, pH value and temperature on deposition rate were studied. An optimum formula of middle temperature acidic electroless nickel was obtained.The cohesion force, hardness and corrosion resistance of the deposite were also determined. The process has industrial application value to some extend.
