摘要
工程项目总承包是一种新的组织方式 ,它以向业主交付最终产品服务为目的 ,对整个工程管理实行整体构思 ,全面安排 ,对承包主体 ,即勘察设计单位 ,土建施工单位和材料供货单位进行综合管理、协调和监督的一种前后衔接的承包体系。这种总承包方式适用于大、中型建设项目 。
The general contract for engineering project is a new type of organization pattern. Its aim is to consign final product service. So the general contract system is a kind of system that not only carry out general conception and general arrangement for entire engineering management but also carry out comprehensive management, adjustment and supervision for contract main body (survey design department, civil construction department and material supply department). Finally the paper points out that the kind of general contract pattern is suitable to large or medium scale construction engineering and can further perfect architecture market of our country.
