摘要
目的对比镍钛记忆合金接骨器(swan-likememory-compressionconnector,SMC)与髓内钉(intrameduallarynail,IN)固定下骨折愈合过程的血管形成,探讨记忆生物力学作用下骨折愈合血管形成的特点。方法30只家犬两侧股骨中段横型截骨,左侧以SMC、右侧以IN固定,术后2、4、8周行X线摄片、光镜、电镜观察。结果SMC组骨折部位血管长入时间明显提前,血管数量较丰富,发育程度优于IN组,8周时SMC组即可见完整血管内壁,内皮细胞发育成熟。结论记忆生物力学作用下,骨折端血管长入的时间较早,数量较为丰富,保证骨折愈合所需营养成分的供给,有利于促进骨折愈合。
Objective To compare angiogenesis of effects o f swan-like memory-compression con nector(SMC)with intramedullary nail(IN),exploring the characters on experimental fracture healing affected by memorial biological stress.Method A transverse osteotomy on both sides of femoral diaphyses was p erformed in 30adult dogs.One side wa s plated with IN and the other with SMC.Five animals in each group were sacrificed at 2,4,8weeks after operation and observed under r oentgen rays examination,light mic roscopy and transmission electron microscopy.Result The time when vessels grew into fracture part,SMC group was earlier than I N group,and the amount and quantity o f vessels in SMC group was more abundan t than IN group.In 8weeks ,there were integrity vessels inter-wall and ma turity endothelial vessel cells in SMC group.Conclusion Affected by memorial biological str ess,the time when vessels grew into f racture part is earlier and the quant ity of vessels is more abundant ,which can p rovide enough nutrient component to accelerate fracture healing.
