肢体缓慢延长过程中周围神经血循环及屏障功能观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的观察兔胫骨缓慢延长后其胫后神经血循环及屏障功能的改变。方法日本大耳白兔于胫骨延长10%,20%,30%及40%后观察延长区胫后神经的微循环、束膜屏障的变化。结果延长40%时延长区胫后神经的毛细血管血流量正常,束膜屏障及毛细血管屏障正常存在。结论兔胫骨缓慢延长,其胫后神经血液循环不会发生损害,血神经屏障及束膜屏障功能正常是肢体延长周围神经亚临床损害在短期内可以修复而逆转的根本保证。 Objective The experiment were to study the chan ges of the blood cycle,barrier function of peripheral never after tibial lenthening on rabbits.Methods The blood cycle,barrier function we re observed on the model of the rabbit at the time of the 10%,20%,30%,40%tibial lenthening.Results The capillaries in the endoneurium a nd the perineurium of the stretched n erves were all well filled.The stretched nerve maintained normal p erineurium barrier and blood nerve b arrier.Conclusion Our study indicates that the blood cy cle and barrier function can not be damaged .This is one of the basic reason that th e subclinic damage of the peripheral nerve after tibial lenthening can be repaired toward normal.
