摘要
目的研究人发人工腱(humanhairartificialtendon,HHAT)兔体内跟腱置换及肌肉埋植后的病理变化。方法以HHAT兔跟腱置换和肌肉埋植为模型,分别在术后4、12和24周进行大体和光电镜观察。结果HHAT替代跟腱后,成纤维细胞增殖并分泌胶原纤维,在HHAT周围形成纤维鞘膜,HHAT逐步降解,最终被纤维组织取代。埋植HHAT逐渐降解,未形成纤维鞘膜,最终被吸收。结论HHAT可在体内降解,成纤维细胞增生和肌肉拉力是替代组腱样组织形成的关键因素。
Objectives To explore the pathological changes of human hair artificial tendon(HHAT)used as substitute for the Achilles tendon and embedded in the muscle in r abbits respectively.Methods The rabbits were divided into two gro ups at random.In the experimental group,HHAT was used to connect the tw o ends of the cut Achilles tendon.In t he control group,HHAT was embeded in the dorsal muscle.The following up pathological changes were observed in the 4th,12th and 24th week.Results In the experimental group,Fibrobla sts pro-liferated and excreted collagen fib ers and formed a collagen sheath arou nd the HHAT.In the meantime,HHAT degradated gradually.At last,HHAT was replaced by collagen tissue.In the control group,HHAT was absorbed completely.Conclusion HHAT could degrade and be absorb compeletly.The pathological changes of the experimental group might be due to fibroblast proliferation and muscle stress.
