骨缺损修复材料可降解速固化骨水泥的生物相容性研究 被引量:21

摘要 目的评价自行研制出的脱钙骨基质/磷酸钙骨水泥/氰基丙烯酸正丁酯(NBCA)粘合剂复合骨水泥的生物相容性。方法进行急性和亚急性毒性实验、溶血实验、凝血试验、皮内实验、热源实验和肌肉内植入实验和血清特异性抗体检测。结果该材料是一种无毒、无溶血性、对皮肤及肌肉无刺激作用、不含热原物质的生物医用材料,在动物体内不引起排异反应,在骨创面可诱导新骨形成。结论该材料具有良好的生物相容性,可试用于临床。 Objective To evaluate the biocompatibility of self-designed bone cement compose with demineralized bone matrix(DBM)/calcium phosphate cement (CPC)/N-butyl cyanoacrylate(NBCA).Method In vitro and in vivo studies includin g acute and subacute systemic toxicity test,hemolysis test,hemo pexis test,skin test,muscle implan t test and serum specific antibodies test.Result The material had no toxicity,no hemolytic activities,no cytotoxicity in vitro,no irritation to muscle or skin and no obvious sp ecific antibodies produced in serum.Conclusion All the results indicate that the DBM/CPC /NBCA bone cement has good bioco mpatibility and is safe for clinical use.
