多孔型羟基磷灰石陶瓷人工骨的研制及其生物相容性研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用羟基磷灰石粉末。有机多聚体、粘结剂和植物干燥叉枝研制成多孔型准基磷灰石陶瓷人工骨,有独特的连通孔道。通过热源试验、溶血试验、急性全身毒性试验和细胞毒性试验评价其生物相容性。实验结果表明,多孔型羟基磷灰石陶资人工骨不致热,不致溶血,无毒性,对培养的小鼠成纤维细胞的生长、增殖、代谢无不良影响,培养细胞形态正常.因此,可以认为这种人工骨具有优良的生物相容性。 3rdroxyapetite (HA) power, orchid POI ̄, dried vegetable stems ac gelatin were used toproduce POProus hwtoxyapetite cd ̄ic artifidal bone, which contained peicular interconnectedcanaliculi. Its biocompehbility was evaluated by Pyrogen test,hemolguis tact and toxicity teds. TheresultS sh(twed that the porous HA ceramiC does not lead to hemolwis,P ̄niC reachon and acuteSystemic toxicity. Obervation of the affect on culture cells was Cartted out by uSing L-- 929 cells.The results showed that the POrous HA Cersmic has no ichlence on growth, reproduction andmetabolism,and no change in mlorphology of L-- 929 cells. The above r ̄lts avow that the potous HAceramic has a good hi ̄mpetibility.
