摘要
目的 分析我院 2 0 0 0年抗菌药物的应用情况。方法 利用“军卫一号”系统 ,统计药品的出库数量、金额和用药天数 ,采用WHO推荐的限定日剂量 (DefinedDailyDose :DDD)方法分析药物的临床使用情况 ,对 2 0 0 0年我院细菌药敏实验进行统计。结果与结论 抗菌药物中 ,头孢类、青霉素类和喹诺酮类最为常用 ,占用药总金额的 93.78%。按照DDDs排序 ,青霉素、头孢唑啉钠、甲硝唑仍然是临床最常用的抗菌药物。同时 ,新型头孢菌素和喹诺酮类药物开始进入临床用药的主导地位 ,按日用药金额排序 ,头孢呋新、安洛欣、氧氟沙星是日消耗药费最多的的药物 ;头孢唑啉钠、甲硝唑针、氟哌酸、头孢噻肟纳、丁胺卡那霉素、苯唑青霉素用量上存在不合理现象。细菌药敏试验发现 ,细菌对青霉素类抗生素耐药率很高 ,对头孢类的耐药率则稳定在 30 %左右。药敏试验证明 ,抗菌药物普遍存在耐药性 ,因此 ,抗菌药物应用要合理掌握。
Aim To analyze the use of the antibacterial medicament in our hospital in 2000.Methods To utilize 'THE JUNWEIYIHAO' system to bring out the memorize of the clinical antibacterial medicament sent out in 2000 and count the quantity, the sum and the using time of them;Adopt by Defined Daily Dose (DDD) recommended by WHO to analyse the use condition in the clinic;Add up the amount of the drug sensitivity test in 2000.Results and Conclusions the penicillins,the cephslosporins and the quinolones antibacterial medicament were used most and the cost percent of them in all antinbacterial drugs is 93.78%;According to DDDS,the penicillin,the cefazolin and the metronidazole are used frequently.At the same time new cephalosporin and quinolones are in the most important station. According to the cost the cofuroxime,the cloxacillin and the ofloxacin were used most.But there is unreasoned use of the cefazolin,the metroidazole,the cefotaxime, the oxacillin,the amikacin and the norfloxacin. In the drug sensitivity test,we find that rate of bacteriums' resistance to the pencillins is very high while theis resistance to the cephslosporins is stiu 30%.It is clear that the drug refusal exits in the antibacterial medicament,so we should make correctly use of the antibacterial medicament.
