摘要
目的 研究柴胡、丹参、五味子加减配伍对两种小鼠慢性肝损伤模型的影响 ,并探讨协同作用。方法 采用CCl4 ,D galactosamine(D GlaN)制备小鼠慢性肝损伤模型 ,测定小鼠血清ALT、CHE和肝组织ALP、ALT、MDA、GSH水平 ,并进行肝脏病理组织学检查。结果 柴胡、丹参配伍和柴胡、丹参、五味子配伍可使小鼠血清ALT显著降低 ,CHE显著升高 ,能清除GSH和MDA在肝组织的蓄积 ,但对肝组织内ALT、ALP无影响。病理组织学检查结果提示柴胡、丹参配伍对两种慢性肝损伤有显著修复作用 ,而柴胡、丹参、五味子配伍组则无效。结论 柴胡配伍丹参对损伤肝病组织的修复 。
Aim to investigate the effect of Chaihu,Danshen and Wuweizi each other compatibility on both models of chronic liver injuries in mice.Methods Chronic liver impair model was prepared by CCL4 and D galactosamine (D GlaN) in mice,the levels of ALT?CHE in serum and the levels of ALT?MAD?GSH in hepatic tissue were detected.The hepatic histomorphology was examined by HE staining.Results Chaihu adding Danshen and Chaihu adding Danshen adding Wuweizi could decrease the ALT and increase the CHE in serum significantly,but had no effect on ALP and ALT in hepatic organization,scavenged the MDA accumulation in hepatic tissue as well.Conclusion Chaihu compatibility with Danshen had better acting on the recovery of impaired hepatic organization and promoted liver cell regeneration.
