摘要
采用GPC-[η]方法计算工业生产的氯丁胶的支化度以及各种平均分子量。在制定通用校准线时使用修改的逐步回归程序,在迭代法解方程时也进行了特殊处理。不论计算精度和计算速度都得到满意的结果。本方法可以在工厂推广应用。
Long chain branching frequently occurred in diene polymerization has a pronounced effect on bulk Theological properties and application properties of polymers. Molecular weight averages and the chain branching frequency λ_b are calculated using GPC-[η] method. The method requires intrinsic viscosity and GPC data on the polymer, and a polystyrene calibration curve determined under the same solvent-temperature conditions. A modified step regression program and a quick search program are devised giving satisfactory result both in precision and speed.
