摘要
用程序升温氧化技术研究了二甲苯异构化反应在HZSM-5和pt/HZSM-5上的积炭行为。结果表明,该反应在HZSM-5上的开始阶段,其积炭量随反应时间线性增加,积炭速率为1.33×10^(-5)g/gcat·min;该反应在Pt/HZSM-5上的积炭量与反应时间呈线性关系,其积炭速率为2.48×10^(-6)g/gcat·min,表明金属Pt的存在抑制了积炭的生成。还对积炭前后催化剂的酸性质及其催化性能进行了研究和关联,得到了有益的信息。
Coke deposition on HZSM-5 and Pt/HZSM-5 in xylene isomerization has been studied by temperature desorption oxidation, The evaluated results show that the. amount of coke deposit on both HZSM-5 and Pt/HZSM-5 increases with reaction time. At the initial stage of reaction, the amount of coke deposit on Pt/HZSM-5 is smaller than that of HZSM-5. The rate of deposition is 1.33×10^(-5)g/gcat/min for HZSM-5 and 2.48×10^(-6)g/gcat/min for Pt/HZSM-5. Obviously, platinum could restrain the formation of coke deposits.The acidity and catalytic performance of HZC-X and Pt/HZCrX at different coking time have also been studied and discussed.
