Studies on Cu/SiO_2 Deactivation for the Hydrogenation of Methyl Acetate to Ethanol

摘要 采用蒸氨法制备了Cu/SiO2催化剂,在微型反应器上考察了Cu/SiO2催化剂上醋酸甲酯加氢制备乙醇反应的稳定性.利用物理吸附,H2-TPR,in-situ XRD,TEM,DTG-DSC等表征技术对失活催化剂进行了分析,利用NH3-TPD考察了Cu/SiO2催化剂的表面酸性.反应后催化剂上Cu晶粒略有长大,催化剂上积碳量为3.8%.积碳导致的催化剂孔结构的变化可能是催化剂失活的主要原因. Cu/SiO2 was prepared by ammonia-evapration method. The stablity of catalyst for hydrogenation of methyl acetate to ethanol has been carried out on micro-reactor. H2-TPR, in-situ XRD, TEM, DTG-DSC have been employed to characterize the deactivated Cu/SiO2 catalyst. The acidity property has been investgated by NH3-TPD technique. The particle size of Cu increased a little and the amount of cabonacoues deposit was 3. 8% on deactivated catalyst. The changes of pore structure caused by cabonacoues deposits probably was the main reason for Cu/SiO2 catalyst deactivation.
