摘要
针对脱蜡油裂解炉在使用过程中出现的硬度变化进行了成因机理探讨,提出以下主要观点:炉管硬化的本质是由于炉管在停炉冷却中的激冷造成金相组织的改变;硬度变化具有可逆性;应通过严格控制停炉工艺尽量避免硬度的反复变化。文章最后还针对该炉管的使用安全性做了评价。
Pointing to the hardness variance of Cr5Mo furnace pipe used in dewaxed oil cracking fur- nace, it gives the cause and dicussion of mechanism. Futheremore, it points out the main views as followings: the essential cause of furnace pipe hardening is the sudden cooling by furnace stopping which causes change of the metallography constitution, the hardness variance is reversible and the process of furnace stopping should be under restriction to avoid the hardness varying repeatedlly. Finally, it comments on the safety in using the furnace pipe.
