摘要
通过对焦化加热炉炉管材料的宏观分析、化学分析、力学性能试验和金相检验,确定了炉管表面严重氧化的原因是渗碳使钢管碳的质量分数增加,同时使碳化物数量增加,且碳化物球化并聚集长大成链状,使Cr5Mo炉管力学性能下降,由塑性材料变成了脆性材料,使用安全性能下降。提出了预防炉管表面氧化的建议性措施。
The causes of serious oxidation of tubes of delayed coker furnace were determined through macro analysis, chemical analysis, mechanical performance test and metallographic analysis. The carbonization has increased the earbon and carbonides percentages in steel tubes. The carbonides spheroidize and grow into chains, which deteriorate the mechanical performances of Cr5Mo furnace tubes, turn the plastie material into brittle material and reduce the safety performance. Measures for preventing furnace tube oxidation are recommended.
