摘要
在中国 ,作为生产要素的自然资源和劳动力资源的价格水平偏低 ,与其自身的价值严重背离 ,使得价格体系处于严重扭曲的状态 ,这是市场经济不完善的重要原因 ,也是与国家市场价格水平错位的关键所在。现在面对入世的巨大挑战 。
In China, as factors of production, the natural resources and labor are compensated at very low prices that are deviatde from the value. The distorted price system is the main cause of the defects of market economy. It is the key point that separates our price level from the international one. Facing the big challenges of WTO. it is very important to conduct some researches on natural resources and their prices.
