摘要
介绍了一种用于游梁式抽油机的可调相应角平衡装置。该平衡装置是在曲柄平衡基础上添加一可移动的附加平衡块,通过改变该平衡块的位置,实现对相位角的调节。该平衡装置既适用于异相曲柄平衡抽油机,也适用于改造型节能抽油机。文中推导并建立了最佳平衡参数和调节平衡的计算公式。计算实例表明,安装该平衡装置后节能效果为7%左右。
This paper presents a balance device with adjustable phase angle for beam unit.A movable balance weight is added to the crank counterbalance and the phase angle can be adjusted by moving the balance weight.The balance device can be used in a phased crank counterbalance beam unit or a modified conventional beam unit.The expressions of the best balance parameters and the adjusting parameters are derived.The calculated results show that the beam unit with an adjustable balance device can save energy by 7%.
