大庆油田地下压力较高,给日常作业施工带来困难。根据压井液压井存在的问题,开展了高密度低伤害无固相压井液研究,在此基础上通过室内实验筛选出了其最佳配方,并进行了性能评价。结果表明,高密度低伤害无固相压井液抗温达70℃,密度在1.60~1.90 g/cm^3可调,其腐蚀速率均小于0.1g/(m^2·h),岩心恢复率大于80%。无固相压井液现场应用11口井,使用此压井液后产液量增加,油井产液恢复较好,取得了良好的效果。
The underground pressure is high in Daqing Oil_field, which makes the daily operation difficult. In view of the problems in relation to well killing with killing fluid, a research for developing a high density and low damage solid free killing fluid was carried out. The optimum formulation of the killing fluid was identified through laboratory tests on the basis of the research, and the performance of the killing fluid was evaluated as well. According to the test results, the high density and low damage solid free killing fluid can withstand the temperature that is as high as 70℃, and the density of the killing fluid can be adjusted in the range of 1.60 to 1.90 g/cm^3. The corrosion rate is smaller than 0.1 g/( m^2 .h), and the recovery rate of core is greater 80% when the killing liquid is used. The solid free killing fluid has been used in 11 wells. The fluid produc- tion has been increased, and the recovery of the wells after production has been good since the solid free killing fluid was used.
