摘要
本文从能源节约的角度,分析了在即将来临的信息时代里信息资源的大规模投入与信息技术的广泛应用对提高能源资源配置效率、推动产业结构升级和优化、革新能源技术体系、促进能源管理的重要作用,以及由此将产生的显著节能效果;阐述了国内信息化的乐观前景将带来的节能新机遇。
In this paper, from the perspective of energy conservation, it is analyzed that, in an approaching information age, mass input of information resources and wide applications of information technologies will play important roles in improving allocation effectiveness of energy resources, expediting industry update and optimization, renovating energy technology system, and promoting energy management, thereby achieving noteworthy energy saving effects. It is depicted that the optimistic prospect of information industry development in China will bring along new energy conservation opportunities.
