提高能源配置效率 实现节能减排目标

Improving Energy Allocation Efficiency to Realize Energy-saving and Emission-reduction Targets

摘要 文章分析了我国能源生产与能源利用效率的现状,指出我国当前节能减排形势严峻,提出了概念模型引导节能思路的观点和更为细化的能源总效率特别是配置效率的概念以及提高能源效率的措施建议。通过深入的分析,得出了优化配置能源资源,切实提高能源效率是我国实现又好又快发展的必然选择的结论。 Under current situations of energy production and energy efficiency in China, energy-saving and emission-reduction becomes more and more serious problem. In this paper, we put forward the view of conceptual model guiding energy-saving. In the meanwhile, more detailed definition on total energy efficiency and concept of allocation efficiency are explained. Moreover, it presents some suggestions about improving energy efficiency. To realize China's rapid and sound development, it is inevitable choice to optimize allocation of energy efficiency and practically improve energy efficiency.
