摘要
采用包括与 Xa2 1相匹配的鉴别菌系在内的 12个国际鉴别小种和中国 7个病原型 ,接种由明恢 6 3、盐恢 5 5 9的Xa2 1转基因单拷贝抗性纯合系与珍汕 97A杂交获得的转基因杂交稻汕优 6 3(汕优 6 3- Xa2 1) 73个 F1 群体和转基因杂交稻汕优 5 5 9(汕优 5 5 9- Xa2 1) 13个 F1 群体 ,测定转基因杂交稻对白叶枯病的抗性。结果表明这 2个转基因杂交稻组合具有优良的广谱抗性 ,抗谱与 Xa2 1基因供体 IRBB2 1相同 ,非转基因杂交稻表现感病。
Seventy-three F 1 population of Xa21 transgenic hybrid rice Shanyou 63 and 13 F 1 population of Shanyou 559, which derived from the Xa21 transgenic homozygous restorer lines Minghui 63 and Yanhui 559 crossed with common used sterile line Zhenshan 97A, were inoculated with 12 international differential races and seven phathotypes in China to evaluate their levels of resistance to the bacterial blight pathogen. The results indicated that the transgenic hybrid combinations maintained broad-spectrum resistance to bacterial blight, and the resistance level was as the same as the Xa21 gene donor-Xa21 showed.
