水稻白叶枯病抗性基因Xa-21的初步利用 被引量:8

摘要 分析了来源于长雄蕊野生稻Oryzalongistaminata的显性抗性基因Xa-21在籼粳稻不同背景下的遗传表现及转育效应。结果表明,Xa-21基因的抗性表达受不同亚种遗传背景的影响,在粳稻背景下抗性表达充分,呈完全显性遗传,并具有较强的转育效应;而在籼稻背景下,抗性表达不充分,呈不完全显性遗传。同时对育成的晚粳DP5165、DP5148品系对我国水稻白叶枯病不同致病型菌系的抗性进行了评价,并就利用Xa-21基因改良杂交稻的白叶枯病抗性作了讨论。 The genetic behavior and transfer effect of dominant gene Xa-21 with wide resistance-spectrum derived from Oryza longistaminata was analyzed in indica and japonica background. The results indicated the resistance express of Xa-21 was affected by different subspecies background. The gene Xa-21 could fully express its resistance in japonica background and showed complete dominance heredity, had stronger transfer effect for resistance; but it could not fully express its resistance and showed incommplete dominance heredity in indica background. Meanwhile, resistance of late japonica lines DP5165, DP5148 to the various pathogenic strains of bacterial blight in China was evaluated. Improving resistance of hybrid rice to bacterial blight by introducing Xa-21 gene was discussed.
