摘要
为改善组培苗的生长发育环境 ,探索 CO2 富集等环境因素的影响 ,设计制作了 CO2 适时增施监控系统 ,并以葡萄组培苗为对象 ,利用本控制系统与传统组培方式进行了对比试验。结果表明 :系统工作稳定、正常 ,能够有效地将 CO2 浓度控制在设定的 (80 0~ 12 0 0 )μL / L范围内 ,满足组培苗光合作用的需要 ;在 CO2 富集环境中 ,组培苗生长健壮、发育良好 。
In order to improve the environmental conditions of tissue culture in vitro and to investigate the function of CO 2 in the culture, a CO 2 enrichment and real time control system was developed. Using this system, the growth experiment of subcultured grape (cabernet sauvignon) plantlets was carried out as compared with the traditional tissue culture method (non CO 2 enrichment). The results indicated that the system worked well, the required ranges of CO 2 concentration [(800~1 200) μL/L] could be obtained; and the CO 2 enrichment environment could promote the growth and photoautotrophic capability of the plantlets in vitro.
