摘要
以非洲菊试管苗为试材，用ＭＳ无糖培养基培养，采用２孔透气封口膜，每孔直径１０ｍｍ，滤膜微孔直径０．５μｍ，在光照８０００ｌｘ＋ＣＯ２３９２０ｍｇ／ｍ３的条件下，培养效果好，植株生根快，健壮，叶片大，干物质含量高。
Gerbera Jamesonii was cultured under the different combined conditions of medium,light intensity,CO 2 concentration and sealing film.Results showed that plantlets grew best in terms of root development,leaf area and dry matter in the treatment in which the seedlings were cultured in sucrose free MS medium,sealed using the film with two bores of 10mm in diameter,and kept under a light intensity of 8000lx and at a CO 2 concentration of 3920 mg/m 3 .
