摘要
湖北民族地区 ,多属“老、少、边、穷”地带 ,长期以来 ,以农业为主导产业 ,以种植业为主 ,农产品商品转化率低 ,主要靠提供原料、解决农民温饱 ,如何调整产业结构 ,农民增收 ,是值得研究的课题 ,本文以恩施自治州为样本 ,全面分析了民族地区的经济现状及落后原因 ,阐述了大力发展农产品加工业对民族地区经济产生的作用和影响 ,论述了发展民族地区加工业存在问题和思路 ,对民族地区的农产品加工业发展具有一定的指导意义。
In Hubei backward areas of minorities, agriculture is the leading industry.This paper anglyses the economic present situation and the cause, discusses the advantages of developing farming industry and how to develop farming industry in the backward areas of minorities.
