摘要
21世纪财富增长主要源于高素质的人力资本投资 ,采取何种措施激励个人加大对高等教育的投资 ,培养社会所需要的高素质人才 ,已成为社会所关注的问题。通过对教育投资个人成本和个人收益的经济分析 ,提出以下对策 :进行人才培养模式的改革 ,加强和完善就业指导工作 ,营造尊重知识、尊重人才的社会氛围 ,增加教育投资、降低个人教育投资的成本。
The increase of wealth mainly depends on high quality human capital investment in the 21st century. How to activate individual investment in higher education and how to cultivate high quality talented persons are main topics in today's society .By analyzing the individual cost and income from educational investment, the paper gives suggestions on how to innovate talent cultivation mode, how to strengthen and perfect our employment guide work and create a good environment for knowledge respect and talent respect, and to add educational investment and reduce educational cost.
