摘要
发展中国家对于"为什么要发展高等教育"这一问题存在着若干困惑或冲突,在发展目的方面的矛盾主要有三个:增进个人收益还是维护公共利益,满足"民族骄傲"还是实际需要,强调科技教育还是通识教育。对此问题进行梳理将有助于理解我国高等教育大众化与市场化发展中的教育目的。
The developing country faces some-perplexities or conflict to the problem why to develop higher education. These conflict about the aims of higher education include that or promoting personal income of still supporting the public goods ,satisfying the national pride or true demands, emphasizing on education of science and technology or general education. These aims problem about development of higher education in developing countries have a great significance to understand our development of higher education.
