摘要
江苏省自改革开放以来科技事业得到了迅猛发展 ,科技综合实力明显提高 ,但和国内外先进水平相比 ,仍存在一定差距 ,主要表现在科技投入相对不足、高新技术企业规模小、科技成果转化率偏低、产业竞争力整体水平有待进一步提高以及省内科技和经济发展不平衡等方面。本文利用翔实的统计数据和资料分析了江苏省科技发展的现状及存在的问题 ,并针对存在的问题提出了相应的对策和建议以加快科技进步 。
Since reform and opening-up, science & technology undertakings in Jiangsu Province has developed greatly and its comprehensive strength has been raised apparently. On the other hand, there are some gaps in this respect compared with the advanced level at home and abroad. Scientific investment is insufficient, hi-tech industry corporation scale is small, the transformation rate of scientific achievements is lower, the entire level of estate competitiveness is to be raised and the development of science & technology and economy in the Province is uneven. This paper uses a lot of statistic data and information to analyze the status quo and problems in development of science & technology in Jiangsu Province and proposes some countermeasures to accelerate the development of science & technology and promote the economic growth and social development.
