摘要
利用Cobb-Douglas函数和时间序列数据测算出重庆市历年科技贡献度,并运用计量经济学和统计学方法对科技贡献度进行检验,据此判断重庆市科技进步对经济增长的影响是否存在明显的路径变迁。结果表明以1999年为转折点,重庆市科技进步对经济增长影响路径发生了显著变化,由被动支撑逐步进入主动引领经济增长的新时期。
This paper uses Cobb - Douglas function and time series data of Chongqing to calculate the rate of science and technology contribution in Chongqing and then utilizes econometric and statistic method to test the rate in order to determine whether there is a significant path transition of science and technology progress on economic growth in Chongqing. The result shows that the year 1999 is a break- point which exists significant change in the influential path of science and technology progress on economic growth from passive support to new active lead period.
