摘要
永久船闸混凝土工程结构复杂 ,工期紧张 ,解决混凝土的温控防裂问题 ,是保证混凝土施工质量的关键之一。从温控标准、温控措施及现场实施效果等方面对这一问题进行了阐述。主要采取优化混凝土配合比、使用预冷混凝土、流水养护、通水冷却、表面保温等措施 ,解决了船闸大体积混凝土特别是闸室底板和衬砌墙的温控防裂问题 ,现场实施效果良好 ,基本没有发生裂缝。
The concrete works of the permanent shiplocks is complicated in structure and pressed for construction period.The temperature control and crack prevention of the concrete is one of the key technical problems concerning the concrete construction quality. This paper discusses the problem from the temperature control criterion and countermeasures, and practical effect in field etc. The major adopted measures, including the optimization of concrete mix proportion, using precooled aggregate, curing by flowing water, circulating cooled water, surface temperature preservation etc., solved the temperature control and crack prevention problem for the massive concrete of the shiplock, especially for the concrete of lock floors and lining walls. The construction effect is satisfactory and no crack occurs on the whole.
