三峡船闸工程建设中技术与管理融合创新的体会

摘要 三峡船闸是三峡水利枢纽的主要建筑物,是实现长江水力开发中确保长江航运畅通的关键建筑物。2003年6月试通航以来,发挥了促进长江横贯联通中国西部、中部、东部交通大通道作用。今年是三峡工程正式开工建设30周年,回顾三峡船闸工程建设中高边坡开挖、水工衬砌混凝土施工、金结机电液压控制系统安装调试、五级连续梯级船闸联合调试等工作历程,总结工程建设中坚持技术与管理融合创新,实现动态优化、系统协同的生动案例,对于重大基础设施工程等具有指导和借鉴作用。 The Three Gorges Ship Lock is one of the major structures of the Three Gorges Water Conservancy Project,and a key building for ensuring the smooth navigation of the Yangtze River in its development.Since its trial operation in June 2003,it has played a significant role in promoting the Yangtze River as a major transportation channel connecting western,central,and eastern China.As this year marks the 30 th anniversary of the official construction of the Three Gorges Project,this article reviews the construction processes of the Three Gorges Ship Lock,including the high slope excavation,the construction of hydraulic lining concrete,the installation and commissioning of the mechanical-electrical hydraulic control systems of metal structures,and the joint commissioning of the five-level continuous cascade ship locks.Practical cases in the engineering construction,which highlight the technology and management integration and innovation in dynamic optimization and systematic coordination,are summarized.The experience is of significant guiding and reference values for major infrastructure projects.
