摘要
作为一种新的液相催化氧化法脱硫工艺 ,PDS技术与同类其它技术相比 ,具有工艺简单、成本低、脱硫效率较高的特点 ,适用于各种气体和低粘度液体的脱硫。本文在对PDS技术及技术进展情况进行简要评述的基础上 ,介绍了该技术在川西南气矿包 35井用于天然气脱硫的使用情况 ,指出在实际应用中所取得的效果及存在的问题 。
As a new liquid phase catalytic oxidation process,PDS technology using binuclear phthalocyanine cobalt sulphonate(PDS)desulfurizing catalyst has good advantages of simplicity,low cost,high efficiency,compared with the similar other technologies,and is suitable for desulfurization of gases and liquids,such as water gas,coal gas,coke oven gas,natural gas and gasoline etc..This paper reviews the technology and its progresses,presents the actual application in natural gas desulfurization. The results,problems and resolution suggestions are also presented.
