摘要
对整套铜冶炼烟气制酸系统进行技术改造 ,硫酸设计生产能力由原来的 375kt/a提高到 45 9kt/a。净化、干吸系统增加稀酸和浓酸冷却器的换热面积。转化系统增加二、三、四段催化剂量 ,型号不变 ,增大换热器面积 ,并将调温副线进行了调整。改造后 ,无论 φ(SO2 )是高还是低均能保持自热平衡 ,转化率达到 99.80 %以上 。
Transformation was performed of a sulphuric acid plant based on copper off gas to increase the design capacity of sulphur acid plant from 375kt/a to 459kt/a. The heat exchanger area for cooling weak and concentrated acid in cleaning and drying and absorption sections was increased. More catalyst of the same type was packed in the second, third and fourth beds of converter, heat exchange area was raised and the bypass for temperature adjustment was revised in conversion section. After transformation, no additional heat was needed for conversion section with a conversion of 99.80% and the SO 2 concentration in tail gas complied with the design standard.
