摘要
针对硫酸干吸塔研制出了TJ16 0X型陶瓷规整填料 ,通过试验研究和分析证明该填料比传统的散堆填料具有更大的比表面积、更大的通量 ,其效率高、压降低。该填料在相同的条件下 ,压降是散堆填料的 1/ 3,通量提高 2倍以上。结合先进的液体分布器 ,模拟设计了一套硫酸干吸塔。
Tj160x ceramic packing has been developed for drying and absorption column of sulfuric acid.It was demonstrated by experimental investigations and analysis that the new type of packing have several advantages over conventional packing loaded in bulk,in specific surface area,flux,efficiency and pressure drop.Combined with good liquid distributor,a packed column has been designed for sulfuric acid drying and absorption.The approach to use advanced packed column for sulfuric acid drying and absorption is also discussed in this paper.
