摘要
分别用溶胶 -凝胶法和低温固相反应法制得了纳米级 Ba Al2 O4微粉 ,用电镜观察了其形貌和粒径的大小 ,用 X-射线衍射仪进行了物相分析 ,测定了纯度与晶型 。
Nanometer sized ultra fine powder BaAl 2O 4 is obtained by means of sol gel method and low heat temperature solid state reaction. Purity and crystal structure is determined and the relation between preparation method and crystal size is discussed according to the result of electron microscopic analysis and X ray diffraction.
