摘要
本文提出了一条以发酵工业废菌丝体为原料生产壳聚糖的新工艺 ,在得到壳聚糖水处理剂、氨基葡萄糖的同时还得到了麦角固醇 ,此工艺成本低廉、经济效益可观 。
Removal of heavy metals from solution is a worldwide problem.Fermentation industries produce a large amount of waste mycelia biomass which could be used as effective absorbents of heavy metals.A cheap method has been developed to produce chitosan biosorbent from waste mycelia biomass,and amino glucose and ergosterol are obtained at the same time.
