摘要
本文根据酯化反应和共聚合反应原理 ,以活性加脂成分为乳化剂 ,蓖麻油 -马来酸酯与苯乙烯共聚 ,合成了新型皮革复鞣加脂剂。试验确定了较为理想的反应条件。蓖麻油 -马来酸酯与苯乙烯共聚物具有复鞣、加脂作用 ,兼有一定的填充性能。产物乳化能力强 ,乳液稳定 ;应用试验表明 ,成革粒面细致、紧实 ,革身丰满、柔软。
In this Paper, according to the principle of esterification and copolymerization, the new retanning fatliquoring agent was, by taking the fat-liquoring component as the emulsifier, synthesized with the copolymerization of castor oil and maleic acid ester and styrene. The more proper conditions of reactions were found. The copolymer has the retanning and fat-liquoring abilities as well as certain filling properties. The application tests showed that the finished leathers obtaind in this method have fine grain, fullness and perfect softness.
